Virtual Executive Assistant (RAY) – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

RAY AI is looking for a remote Virtual Executive Assistant (RAY) to serve as the operational nerve centre for high‑performing founders, startup operators and venture capitalists. You will manage inboxes, calendars, travel and tasks while building AI‑powered automations and supporting strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client’s email, calendar, travel arrangements and task pipeline end‑to‑end.
• Design, implement and maintain AI‑driven workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, N8N and Notion.
• Conduct research and produce polished reports for investor meetings, board presentations and strategic decisions.
• Handle financial reporting, expense management and basic accounting preparation.
• Lead long‑term projects that improve client business processes and structural efficiency.
• Anticipate client needs proactively and provide solutions without supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English (C2 level) – written and spoken.
• High agency and ownership mindset.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn.
• Exceptional organisational discipline, attention to detail and discretion.

Required skills

• Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, N8N, Notion (training provided).
• Financial reporting and expense management.
• Research and report writing.
• Calendar and inbox management.

• KES 100,000 per month base salary.
