Virtual Operations & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

This fully remote, full‑time position supports a US‑based real estate investment and wholesaling firm. Reporting directly to the business owner, you will own the CRM, manage high‑volume SMS outreach, keep executive inboxes organized, and ensure clean, deployment‑ready lead data that fuels the company’s deal pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the primary CRM (GoHighLevel), creating templates, tagging, segmentation, and maintaining data accuracy.
• Run daily SMS campaigns: prepare lists, verify contacts, monitor delivery, handle responses, and ensure opt‑in/opt‑out compliance.
• Support executive email inboxes by triaging, prioritizing urgent items, tracking follow‑ups, and drafting replies.
• Clean and standardize property files, pull skip‑traced owner data, and prepare accurate outreach lists.
• Schedule and publish social content, create written assets, and help moderate an online community.
• Update website pages and blog posts using WordPress/Elementor, build PowerPoint presentations, and conduct market/competitor research.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with CRM administration (GoHighLevel or similar).
• Proven SMS/text outreach experience, including list preparation and compliance.
• Strong executive email/inbox management skills with good prioritization judgment.
• Disciplined data‑operations background: cleaning, de‑duplicating, standardizing, validating.
• Excellent written English, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently across US (Arizona) business hours.
