Virtual Sales Representative – Online Sales Role

About the role

Victoria Court is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to promote its accommodation and hospitality services through online channels. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, engaging customers on social media, and converting interactions into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote accommodation services via online platforms and respond to customer enquiries.
• Maintain customer relationships, meet sales targets and update sales records.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct proactive follow‑ups and drive conversions.
• Use social media to engage potential customers, build relationships and support sales growth.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales pitch and negotiation abilities.
• Experience using social media for sales and customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and maintain a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or related field (preferred).
