Visual Designer

About the role

Hikvision, a global security technology company with over 59,000 employees across four regions, is looking for a Visual Designer. The role covers the design and production of marketing and promotional materials, working closely with Marketing, Operations and other teams to turn business needs into precise visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing and promotional materials such as graphic posters, brand identity (logos), T-shirt designs, billboards, door headers, roll-up banners, social media content and website UI elements.
• Ensure high-efficiency output while strictly managing design quality, colour harmony and visual aesthetics, producing work with a vibrant and engaging style.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and other teams to understand and translate business requirements into visual solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in advertising design.
• Bachelor's degree; majors in journalism, design or media studies are preferred.
• Outstanding creative aesthetic sense and colour perception, able to use graphic elements to create visual harmony and highlight key design elements.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in mainstream graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop (PS) and Illustrator (AI).
• Familiarity with typography and print specifications.
