About the role
Join Africa Nazarene University as a Volunteer Faculty member specializing in Project Management. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the development and delivery of high‑quality curricula while mentoring undergraduate and graduate students.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement project management curriculum and course outlines.
- Prepare contact learning and online teaching materials, including lesson plans and assessment tools.
- Employ diverse teaching methods such as field studies, group activities, laboratory sessions, and off‑class projects.
- Supervise undergraduate, graduate, internship, and research projects.
- Conduct and publish research, contribute to grant writing, and collaborate with industry partners.
- Advise students on academic and career matters.
- Participate in conferences, workshops, and departmental administrative activities.
Required profile
- PhD in a relevant field or a Master’s degree with a PhD candidacy at the final data‑collection stage.
- Minimum three years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizing, planning, and research skills.
