About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our busy restaurant in Westlands, Nairobi. The role is full‑time and involves serving food and beverages to guests while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Take accurate orders for food, soft drinks, hot drinks and alcoholic beverages.
- Serve drinks responsibly and ensure compliance with age‑restriction laws.
- Set up and clear tables, keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Process payments, handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Support teammates during peak periods and help maintain a smooth service flow.
Required profile
- Friendly, calm attitude under pressure, especially during busy service.
- Legal age to serve alcohol (must be 23 years or older).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn fast and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
