Waiter/Waitress – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team at The Social House in Westlands, Nairobi. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience through attentive and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, recommending items confidently.
• Maintain clean and well‑presented dining areas throughout service.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and any concerns with professionalism.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service.
• Minimum two years of experience in a reputable restaurant or 4/5‑star hotel.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure and flexible for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
