About the role
The Warehouse Documentation Specialist will ensure that all inbound and outbound warehouse records are accurately maintained and easily retrievable. This role supports the logistics team in Kajiado by coordinating inventory documentation and upholding company compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate inventory, receiving, and issuing records.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and retrievable documentation.
- Ensure all warehouse records comply with company policies and procedures.
- Verify completeness and proper maintenance of all warehouse records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse documentation, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with warehouse or logistics management systems.
