Warehouse Manager - Hindi/Gujarati Speaking

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse operations for Kaziweza Limited in Nairobi, ensuring efficient inventory handling, accurate stock control and timely dispatch. Fluency in Hindi or Gujarati is essential to communicate with key suppliers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, inventory audits and system updates.
• Manage order fulfillment, dispatch planning, packaging standards and resolve delivery issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise space utilisation and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards, including fleet and warehouse policies.
• Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Prepare performance reports, maintain accurate records and monitor KPIs for full traceability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, manufacturing or distribution.
• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, Swahili and English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems, specifically ERP/Odoo.
