Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring key performance indicators are met and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order cycle time, dispatch SLA, stock loss, productivity and space utilization.
• Lead process optimisation, SOP design, layout optimisation, 5S maturity and productivity programmes.
• Support cost control including warehouse, courier, loss prevention and waste disposal costs.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through daily reconciliations, cycle counts and variance investigations.
• Oversee order processing, picking, packing and dispatch readiness with internal stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end distribution performance and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Monitor QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team, managing performance and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in a Warehouse Management role or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong data analytical skills.
