Warehouse Officer – Multiple Locations (Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale)

About the role

As a Warehouse Officer you will lead the warehouse operations for Shalina Healthcare Ghana across several locations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of medical products.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Verify incoming stock against delivery documents and inspect goods for damage or quality issues.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance and coach warehouse assistants and staff.
• Maintain proper, safe storage of products and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversee accurate order picking and packing to meet internal and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Enforce health and safety standards, maintain cleanliness and security of the warehouse.
• Supervise loading and unloading of trucks, containers and delivery vehicles.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and ensure proper maintenance of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Required profile

• HND or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
