Warehouse Outbound Parts Administrator

About the role

The Warehouse Outbound Parts Administrator will manage daily outbound parts operations, ensuring timely dispatch to meet client service level targets. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the role supports internal service teams and external authorized service partners.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast parts demand based on consumption trends and support Long Term Repair Ratio (LTP) goals.
• Coordinate parts dispatch with the warehouse team to achieve Parts Arrival Ratio (PAR) targets.
• Maintain year‑to‑date statistics and compare performance against previous periods.
• Oversee faulty parts return process and handle credit note processing.
• Monitor, escalate and report any delays to warehouse management.
• Prepare and deliver detailed parts reports to senior management.
• Utilise SEEA systems for inventory and order management.
• Ensure parts stock complies with client stock holding and ordering policies.
• Analyse logistics data to recommend improvements in spare‑parts handling.

Required profile

• Certificate/Diploma in Logistics, Business Management, Procurement or a related field (essential).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer electronics logistics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with service delivery methodologies and repair centre operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of supply chain operations and forecasting.
• Proficiency with SEEA inventory management system.
