Warehouse Specialist – Inventory Management

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist will oversee all accounting and physical inventory activities within our warehouse. You will ensure that inventory records are accurate, support day‑to‑night operations, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse accounting operations and systematic physical inventory management.
• Perform core warehouse tasks such as goods put‑away, order picking, cargo repositioning, and regular inventory counts.
• Adjust inventory data and reconcile discrepancies to guarantee record accuracy.
• Coordinate with shift teams to ensure seamless day and night operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on warehouse experience.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts as needed.
• Detail‑oriented, hardworking, and committed to high work standards.
• Bachelor’s degree; a degree in Statistics or a related field is preferred.
