Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch of finished products. The role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and inventory accuracy while supporting production and customer delivery needs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment following company housekeeping and 6S standards.
• Conduct regular stock inspections and cycle counts to guarantee inventory accuracy.
• Monitor consumable and material stock levels and trigger timely replenishment requests.
• Coordinate daily loading schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Liaise with Security to monitor truck arrivals and optimise loading plans.
• Oversee loading and off‑loading operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Allocate daily tasks to off‑loading teams to maximise productivity.
• Promote safe work practices and proper use of PPE.
• Support warehouse improvement initiatives and lean practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Knowledge of 6S standards.
• Experience with lean warehouse practices.
