Warehouse Support Crew – Furniture Assembly & Stock Handling

About the role

The Warehouse Support Crew ensures furniture is assembled to quality standards, stock is organised efficiently, and deliveries are handled safely. This on‑site role supports both the warehouse and showroom operations in Mombasa.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble furniture accurately following manufacturer guidelines and inspect for defects before and after assembly.
• Receive, off‑load, sort and store incoming stock, maintaining proper labeling and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring safe stacking, securing and handling of products.
• Set up showroom displays, rearrange furniture, and maintain visual appeal according to merchandising standards.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures, use protective equipment, and keep work areas hazard‑free.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or practical experience in warehouse operations, furniture assembly, or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Mombasa and follow safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for furniture assembly.
• Basic inventory handling and stock‑counting techniques.
