Wealth & Investment Relationship Manager

About the role

The Wealth & Investment Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, promoting Stanbic Bank’s wealth and investment solutions and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth client accounts, providing tailored advice and integrating all Stanbic Bank products and services.
• Achieve revenue targets through client retention and acquisition of new business.
• Interpret market developments and translate complex investment concepts into actionable recommendations for clients.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of client‑facing experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking or commercial banking.
• Demonstrated expertise in wealth management, investment advisory, and global financial markets, including portfolio construction and risk management.
• Strong understanding of clients’ financial situations, business interests, liquidity needs, succession planning and legacy objectives.

Required skills

• Professional certification from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
• In‑depth knowledge of asset classes, diversification strategies and compliance standards.
