Web Developer – Need‑Based Consultant (Contract)

About the role

Digimatt Solutions is looking for an experienced web developer to work on a need‑based, consultant basis. The role supports the Creative & Web team in delivering high‑quality, responsive websites that align with the company’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct an initial consultation to capture requirements, target audience, and desired functionalities.
• Develop a detailed project plan with timelines and deliverables.
• Design and build a responsive, visually appealing website with menus, sub‑menus, and social media links.
• Integrate user registration, community forums, and interactive tools to foster engagement.
• Embed multimedia elements such as photo galleries, videos, and infographics.
• Ensure cross‑device and cross‑browser compatibility for a seamless user experience.
• Implement robust security measures to protect user data.
• Create a comprehensive user manual and provide training for administrators.
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs before launch.
• Set up a content management system (CMS) for easy content updates.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on web development experience.
• Senior‑level expertise with a strong portfolio of visually appealing, navigation‑friendly sites.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the Creative Coordinator and Creative & Web Director.
