Website Developer – WordPress & Elementor

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Website Developer with deep expertise in WordPress and Elementor to create modern, conversion‑focused digital experiences. The role blends web design, user experience, and front‑end development, requiring strong visual judgment and meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop websites, landing pages, and microsites in WordPress using Elementor.
• Create responsive, visually appealing, and conversion‑optimized user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Maintain visual consistency through design systems and reusable UI components.
• Implement website animations and customizations with CSS.
• Optimize user experience, accessibility, and overall site performance.
• Participate in A/B testing and continuously refine designs based on performance metrics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in web design and development.
• At least 3 years developing WordPress sites with Elementor.
• Up‑to‑date portfolio showcasing websites and landing pages.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and conversion‑rate optimization.
• Excellent CSS skills, including animation creation.
• Ability to handle several projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Conversational English (B2 level).
