Zoho One Specialist

About the role

Fedha Group is seeking a Zoho One Specialist to take full ownership of its Zoho One environment across four entities. The role will audit the existing configuration, close gaps, and build out the remaining modules leading to a group-wide go-live, after which it will transition to a permanent Systems Administrator position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Zoho One administration, including user provisioning, Zoho Directory (SSO), Zoho Vault and WorkDrive governance.
• Audit and complete existing Zoho Books and Zoho CRM configurations, covering multi-entity setup, dual-authorization workflows and data migration.
• Configure Zoho CRM, SalesIQ and Zoho Forms for property leasing and client management pipelines.
• Build and deploy People & HR (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit) and Sales & Marketing (Zoho Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Zoho Social) modules.
• Design and develop a custom Property Management application in Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting.
• Configure Zoho FSM and Zoho Desk for facilities and maintenance management, including asset registers and vendor workflows.
• Create cross-module Zoho Analytics dashboards with live, auto-refreshed executive performance indicators.
• Integrate Zoho Books with the group’s banking platform and ride-hauling platforms using Zoho Flow and REST APIs.
• Deliver group-wide user training, lead UAT, manage the go-live hyper-care period and assume ongoing platform administration.

Required profile

• Full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi with occasional travel to group properties.
• Reports to the Head of Business Development.
• Implementation window of approximately 30 weeks leading to a group-wide go-live.
• Start date as soon as possible, with transition to a pensionable in-house Zoho Systems Administrator after go-live.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with Zoho One suite (Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Directory, Zoho Vault, Zoho WorkDrive).
• Proficiency in Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting for custom application development.
• Knowledge of Zoho FSM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow and REST API integrations.
• Ability to configure Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation and Zoho Social.
• Experience with multi-entity setups, dual-authorization workflows and data migration.
• Strong skills in user provisioning, SSO configuration, UAT leadership and user training.
