Zone Supervisor – Retail Operations

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a proactive Zone Supervisor to lead retail operations for its Tupande program in Kenya. You will use your sales expertise to manage a network of Duka Assistants and Field Agents, ensuring high‑quality service and measurable impact for smallholder farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, repayment and impact targets for the assigned zone.
• Manage multi‑channel performance throughout the business cycle and act as the primary contact for zonal results.
• Provide technical support and weekly training to Duka Assistants and Field Agents.
• Plan and coordinate work schedules for field teams.
• Oversee inventory ordering, data entry and merchandising activities.
• Maintain a strong control environment at each Duka.
• Recruit, train and manage team performance.
• Plan and implement promotional programs for the zone.
• Assist customers in identifying needs and guide them through the buying journey.
• Support the team in creating new sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, partner or channel management.
• Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and meet targets.
