2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer

About the role

Optimise Outsourcing Limited is seeking a technically capable 2nd‑to‑3rd line IT Support Engineer to join its Nairobi support team. The role involves handling escalated tickets, administering Microsoft 365 services, and delivering infrastructure projects for multiple international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, compliance and DLP policies.
• Provide remote support for Windows and macOS workstations.
• Deploy, configure and maintain endpoint management solutions such as Intune and Jamf.
• Execute cloud and email migration projects.
• Diagnose and resolve networking issues across client sites.
• Document incidents, solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in 2nd/3rd line IT support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting diverse client environments in a fast‑paced setting.
