Account Manager – Security & Door Solutions

About the role

CBX Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for clients needing integrated security, access control, video surveillance, and door hardware solutions. You will combine consultative sales expertise with technical knowledge to deliver comprehensive proposals and ensure smooth project hand‑offs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, and construction managers across assigned territories.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for integrated security and door hardware solutions through proactive outreach and territory management.
• Deliver onsite and virtual presentations showcasing CBX’s capabilities in access control, video surveillance, and opening solutions.
• Collaborate with internal brands, engineering, project management, and estimating teams to create accurate scopes, pricing, and timelines.
• Prepare and submit professional proposals, RFP responses, quotes, and technical documentation.
• Manage the sales pipeline in CRM tools (e.g., ConnectWise), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Stay current on product developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
• Facilitate handoffs to project and operations teams for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven consultative sales experience in security integration or door hardware markets.
• Strong technical acumen with an understanding of access control, video surveillance, and door hardware systems.
• Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional internal teams.
