About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting & Administrative Support professional to assist with payroll processing and day‑to‑day office coordination. The role blends core accounting tasks with general administrative duties, ensuring smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate payroll for employees and contractors, verify timesheets, and enter data into the payroll system.
- Track payroll documentation, flag discrepancies, and support year‑end activities such as W‑2 preparation.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, enter invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Perform data entry, support bank reconciliations, and maintain organized financial records.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, document filing, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming communications, coordinate meetings, and support general office workflows.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and scheduling, maintaining accurate interaction records.
Required profile
- Highly organized and dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Able to shift seamlessly between accounting and administrative tasks throughout the day.
- Accurate data entry skills and a solid understanding of payroll concepts.
