Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and ensure the financial health of the company. You will oversee all accounting operations, develop effective accounting practices, and support both internal and external audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and supervise the accounting staff.
• Collaborate with the Accountant to analyze data and produce accurate financial statements.
• Implement corrective measures and enforce proper accounting procedures.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintain payroll records, cash receipts, and the general ledger.
• Conduct budget and cash‑flow forecasting, revenue and expenditure analysis.
• Lead annual internal audits and assist external auditors.
• Develop and monitor accounting KPIs, presenting findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant accounting regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, public accounting, and GAAP.
