Accounts Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to oversee our accounts payable and receivable functions. The successful candidate will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and processed on time, supporting the smooth operation of our finance department. You will work closely with the finance team, suppliers and customers to maintain accurate records and support cash‑flow management, and you will communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve any payment issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third‑party vendors, ensuring timely payments and accurate record‑keeping.
• Process bank deposits and reconcile financial statements to reflect true cash positions.
• Prepare, send and store invoices, maintaining organized documentation for audit purposes.
• Contact clients and send payment reminders to secure timely collections.
• Submit tax forms and identify and address discrepancies in financial data.
• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable, providing clear updates to management.
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets, keeping information current and reliable.

Required profile

• Background in finance or accounting.
• Experience with bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational abilities and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
