Agriculture Sourcing & Business Development Executive

About the role

ORIBUE Group is seeking an experienced Agriculture Sourcing & Business Development Executive to expand its supplier network in Kenya. The role focuses on identifying reliable agricultural producers, negotiating contracts, and facilitating export‑import operations for a global trading company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify reliable suppliers of agricultural commodities across Kenya.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, exporters, and processors.
• Manage sourcing activities, negotiate terms, and oversee documentation for export‑import transactions.
• Coordinate export‑import opportunities with the company’s offices in India, UAE, Iran, and Uzbekistan.
• Prepare regular market reports, maintain accurate records, and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or international trade.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Established network of agricultural suppliers in Kenya.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close profitable deals.

What we offer

• Fixed monthly salary of KES 20,000–30,000.
• Performance incentive of KES 80,000 per successful deal.
• Three‑month probation followed by a permanent contract.
• Potential relocation to UAE or Uzbekistan offices after 1–2 years based on performance.
