Agrovets Sales Attendant

About the role

The Agrovets Sales Attendant is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Ngong. You will support the sale of agricultural and veterinary products, greet customers, understand their needs and provide accurate product information.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product displays and monitor stock levels.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or digital payments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Keep basic sales records and assist with inventory checks.
• Coordinate with the wider team to meet sales targets and ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Ability to deliver customer service, greet customers and offer product recommendations.
• Basic retail skills, including handling transactions and supporting sales promotions.
• Willingness to learn product features, uses and safety guidelines for agricultural and veterinary items.
• Organisational skills for stock displays and simple record‑keeping.
• Good spoken and written English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional training in agriculture, veterinary science or sales is advantageous.
