About the role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to own and evolve AI‑driven products that support learners in our education platform. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure AI services are stable, observable, and continuously improving.
Key responsibilities
- Production AI Products – own AI products in production, ensure stability, observability, and catch regressions before learners encounter them.
- Take prototypes from demo to maintained product with built‑in evaluation loops.
- Agent Architecture & Context Engineering – design context and tooling architecture for agents, build and maintain service interfaces, keep long‑running multi‑step agents reliable with clear failure modes and recovery.
- Implement testing discipline – embed eval loops, regression checks, and fast iteration as default workflow.
Required profile
- Strong habit of testing what you build and iterating quickly.
- Ability to solve interesting problems without needing exact specifications.
- Proactive, self‑driven attitude and willingness to figure things out fast.
Required skills
- Python (production‑grade experience).
- FastAPI.
- Experience shipping an AI/LLM application.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph.
- Testing discipline and evaluation loop implementation.
- Optional: React, full‑stack development, Langfuse or similar observability tools, knowledge graphs.
