Alcohol Sales Representative – Eldoret

About the role

The Alcohol Sales Representative will drive sales and business development for alcoholic beverages across the assigned territory in Eldoret. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing trade channels and building strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase product penetration.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and promotions with trade partners.
• Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retail outlets to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Implement merchandising standards and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and feedback for management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in FMCG, preferably in alcoholic beverages.
• Valid driving licence and experience working with distributors and retailers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FMCG distribution models and route‑to‑market strategies.
