About the role
DENRI Africa is looking for enthusiastic Shop Attendants to manage daily store operations in Eldoret. You will play a key part in driving sales, representing the brand, and delivering top‑notch customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Participate in brand activations, promotions, and field sales events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Denri’s brand values.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Strong sales mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to support both in‑store and field sales activities.
