About the role
The Associate – CLO Operations role supports the EMEA shift team by managing and reconciling key data related to collateralized loan obligations. You will work closely with trustees, agents and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of transaction documentation and cash positions.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret data from trustee indentures, agent notices and funding memoranda.
- Perform collateral tie‑outs and execute CLO test reconciliations.
- Reconcile rating data and cash/position information on a daily basis.
- Interact with multiple counterparties, including agents and trustees, primarily via email.
- Maintain high quality standards while operating in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of trustee indentures, agent notices and funding memos.
- Familiarity with collateral tie‑outs, CLO testing and rating data reconciliation.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with various counterparties.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under pressure.
