About the role

An open, part-time, remote position for an Automation & Integrations Engineer who will streamline and automate business operations across the organization. You will design, build and maintain automated workflows that connect internal systems and third-party platforms, improving efficiency in Sales, HR, Customer Success and Operations.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement automation workflows for business processes
Integrate internal and third-party systems using APIs and webhooks
Automate Sales, HR and Operations workflows
Build AI-powered automations using LLMs where they add value
Develop custom integrations using Python or JavaScript
Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find automation opportunities
Document automation processes and best practices

Required profile

Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar
Strong understanding of REST APIs and webhooks
Programming experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience integrating SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
Familiarity with Git and Docker
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to have

Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
FastAPI or Node.js
SQL databases
AWS or other cloud platforms
