AVP, Hive Tech Lead - HR

About the role

The AVP, Hive Tech Lead – HR will oversee release management for technology solutions supporting HR functions across India or Malaysia. The role ensures coordinated delivery, risk mitigation, and compliance with change and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop delivery and release plans, aligning technical dependencies with partners, architects, and vendors.
• Own end‑to‑end product delivery across multiple squads, creating change implementation plans, raising tickets, and securing sign‑offs.
• Orchestrate deployments, issue resolution, and post‑deployment sign‑offs in partnership with IT engineers.
• Design and circulate communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and progress.
• Review and improve release‑to‑production processes, measuring metrics to mature the release management function.
• Manage go‑live activities, deployment documentation, and lessons learned.
• Ensure risk management, governance, and compliance with Change Delivery Standards, ITSM, and ESDLC.
• Uphold regulatory and business conduct standards, escalating and resolving compliance matters as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology release management and coordination across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks (ITSM, ESDLC) and governance processes.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive alignment on release schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and risk reporting.
