About the role
The Bancassurance Sales Officer will promote and sell retail health insurance products through partner banks, building strong relationships with bank staff and customers to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell retail health insurance products within partner banks.
- Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Generate quality leads and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Drive business growth through effective relationship management.
- Turn conversations into opportunities and opportunities into results.
Required profile
- A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any business‑related field.
- Experience in insurance sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and ready to hustle.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
