About the role
Join the vibrant team at Slug & Lettuce in Cardiff Central as a Bar Team Member. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide full training and support so you can deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Prepare and serve high‑quality food and drinks following clear procedures.
- Offer recommendations when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all patrons.
