Beautician - Nutrition & Wellness Consultant

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Beautician in Allsops, Kenya, within the wellness, nutrition and personal care industry. The role centres on nutrition consultation, product knowledge and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Nutrition consultation and assessment: assess customers' nutritional needs, dietary habits, wellness goals and lifestyle factors, give evidence-based advice and develop practical recommendations.
• Product knowledge and recommendations: maintain knowledge of nutritional supplements, vitamins and wellness products, recommend them appropriately and keep up to date with industry trends.
• Customer service: deliver friendly, informative consultations, build relationships through follow-up and respond accurately to customer questions.
• Records and compliance: keep accurate and confidential consultation records, ensure advice is accurate and follow professional, health, safety and company standards.
• Team and business support: work with the sales and wellness teams, support product education and give feedback to management on customer needs and product trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognised institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in nutrition, wellness, dietary supplements, retail health or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of nutritional supplements, vitamins and wellness products, and good understanding of nutrition assessment and dietary guidance.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and professional ethics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional, approachable and customer-focused personality.
