About the role
Allied Talent Partners (ATP) is seeking a bilingual French/English Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing, vetting, and candidate management for French‑speaking consultants across Africa. The role sits at the core of ATP’s talent acquisition engine, ensuring high‑quality talent delivery for fixed‑term, deliverable‑driven projects.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified French‑speaking experts for project‑based opportunities.
- Translate and create French‑language materials such as role descriptions, outreach messages, and candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain talent pools in the ATS to meet current and future recruitment needs.
- Manage candidate outreach, communication, and process updates to ensure a smooth experience.
- Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement recommendation.
- Draft accurate candidate profiles and summaries aligned with client requirements.
- Ensure ATS data accuracy, process consistency, and compliance with internal SLAs.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Project Delivery teams to refine sourcing strategies.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist roles.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with fixed‑term, deliverable‑driven project contexts.
Required skills
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
