Bilingual Legal Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Legal Assistant to join our remote team and support attorneys and case managers across multiple time zones. The role involves handling client communications, managing case documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow for legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, vendors, and third parties.
• Gather client information, provide case updates, and schedule calls.
• Assist clients in completing legal forms and required documentation.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.
• Organize, maintain, and update case files and legal documentation.
• Process client intake forms and transcribe legal documents accurately.
• Review, correct, and update documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain internal databases and clean records for accuracy.
• Request, collect, and track medical records and supporting documentation.
• Upload, categorize, and maintain files in CRM systems.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a legal assistant (local or US).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1) with clear pronunciation.
