Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking motivated Bilingual Sales Representatives to promote our Membership Program. The role requires strong English communication skills, confidence in handling objections, and a drive to achieve sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Handle approximately 40 calls per day, maintaining excellent service and sales quality.
• Present and promote the Membership Program in professional English.
• Identify customer needs and turn conversations into sales opportunities.
• Confidently handle objections, providing at least three strong rebuttals per call when needed.
• Close sales effectively and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for products, services, and memberships.
• Build trust and develop long‑term relationships with customers.
• Remain available and responsive during the assigned shift.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
• At least 1 year of BPO sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Strong capability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Experience with upselling and cross‑selling.
• Resilient, adaptable and results‑driven mindset.
