Branch Manager – Eldoret

About the role

The Branch Manager acts as the CEO of the Eldoret branch, responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will lead a high‑performing team, protect company assets, and transform the branch into a consistently top‑performing business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by translating corporate strategy into branch‑specific plans.
• Analyse local customer behaviour, competitor activity and pricing sensitivities to grow market share.
• Lead daily sales execution on the showroom floor, ensuring strong conversion rates and disciplined pricing.
• Gather and share market intelligence with Area Sales Manager and Head of Sales & Marketing to inform product focus, promotions and layout.
• Recruit, coach and retain a disciplined, customer‑focused team; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews and develop future leaders.
• Enforce full compliance with company policies, approval frameworks, SOPs, pricing, discount and cash‑handling controls.
• Oversee stock accuracy and inventory control, acting as the first line of defence against fraud and revenue leakage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or branch management with a strong sales track record.
• Deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer segments.
• Leadership ability to build, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Commitment to compliance, operational excellence and risk mitigation.
