About the role
The Branch Manager will lead daily operations of Sayen Supermarket in Nairobi, ensuring smooth store performance, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all supermarket activities, including staff supervision, inventory control, and sales monitoring.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive customer service excellence and resolve escalated issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Experience in retail or supermarket management is preferred.
