Brand Ambassador – Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent Miss Doctor App in your state. You will act as the face of the app, promoting its mission, engaging with potential users, and supporting community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Miss Doctor App positively, providing accurate information and answering user questions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to raise awareness and increase the user base through marketing activities.
• Distribute marketing materials to schools, professional groups, media outlets, and social platforms.
• Attend local events and conferences to promote the app and help coordinate launch activities.
• Gather feedback from users and competitors, contributing ideas for product improvements and new features.
• Participate in periodic executive board meetings remotely.

Required profile

• Doctorate degree (any field) – male or female.
• Availability to work flexible hours.
• Active online and social media presence; experience with blogs, newsletters, or podcasts is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Miss Doctor App’s vision and product.
• Excellent leadership, public speaking, and writing abilities.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Strategic planning mindset and commitment to quality.
• Preferred: additional education or experience in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, product development, technology, or finance.
• Preferred: likable personality, networking ability, experience with online dating platforms, and creativity.
