Brand Manager – Beauty Hair

About the role

PZ Cussons is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the Beauty Hair portfolio. You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and market presence of the brand across the commercial business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Implement brand strategy to grow and sustain brand performance and profitability.
• Monitor, control, and report brand health indicators such as net sales, gross margin, marketing contribution, market share, awareness, trial and attribute ratings.
• Support the New Product Development process for the brand.
• Assist in pricing policy implementation for products within the brand portfolio.
• Develop and execute approved media and consumer plans within brand guidelines.
• Analyse external factors including consumer insights, competitor activity and commercial unit initiatives.
• Manage product life‑cycle activities, including demand forecasting and minimising residual stock.
• Execute trade marketing plans effectively.
• Participate in company‑wide initiatives such as margin improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in brand management.
• Professional qualification in marketing is essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
