Brand Support Specialist

About the role

The Brand Support Specialist will help implement brand strategies for our products, ensuring alignment with company objectives while providing technical support to the sales team and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of brand strategies for company products.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of product specifications, applications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Assist the sales team with product presentations, quotations, tenders, customer proposals, and demonstrations.
• Provide first‑line technical guidance on product selection, installation, application, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, specifications, applications, warranties, and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in FMCG door‑to‑door sales within a manufacturing sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work closely with sales teams.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, training, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
