BTL Project Manager

About the role

Dragonfly is seeking a hands‑on BTL Project Manager to transform creative concepts into memorable brand experiences. You will lead market‑storm activations, roadshows, mall events, product launches and other experiential campaigns from inception to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own BTL projects from brief through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Plan, budget, coordinate and execute activations across diverse locations.
• Manage suppliers, crews, promoters and partners, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Be present on‑site to oversee set‑up, troubleshoot issues and guarantee seamless execution.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to translate ideas into tangible experiences.
• Track performance metrics and produce post‑campaign reports.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, energetic and highly organized.
• Strong problem‑solver able to think quickly under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with people, suppliers and clients.
• Comfortable working in markets, malls, streets and event environments.
• 3–5 years of experience in BTL, experiential marketing, activations or events.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when campaigns demand.
