Business Analyst / Product Owner – GenAI (German Speaker)

About the role

Keyrus is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner with German language skills to drive a GenAI transformation initiative in the insurance sector. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, compliance teams, and engineering squads, ensuring that regulatory requirements are met while delivering innovative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for GenAI projects.
• Translate business needs into clear, delivery‑ready backlog items.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate with business, compliance, and IT stakeholders to align on regulatory frameworks such as DORA.
• Support Agile planning, sprint execution, and delivery monitoring.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and assist with User Acceptance Testing.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant.
• Proven track record in enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance‑heavy environments.
• Strong requirements engineering and documentation capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
