Business Development Associate

About the role

Purpink Gifts Limited is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Business Development Associate to support its B2B growth strategy. The role sits in the Corporate Sales department and reports to the Corporate Sales Lead. It focuses on driving revenue growth, building corporate partnerships, managing key accounts and supporting long-term business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies
• Acquire and retain high-value corporate clients
• Coordinate B2B campaigns with marketing teams
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service packages
• Maintain strong client relationships and account retention
• Prepare sales forecasts, proposals and pipeline reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Implement CRM and account tracking systems

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or corporate account management
• Experience in contract negotiation and key account management
