Business Development Executive

About the role

The company, a branding and marketing solutions provider, is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, acquire new clients and strengthen relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling and email outreach.
• Promote branding, printing, signage and promotional merchandise services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations in collaboration with internal teams and follow up to convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to monitor customer needs, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or client acquisition, preferably in branding, printing or marketing.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic sales reporting tools.
