About the role

Newark Frontiers Ltd is hiring a full-time Business Development Officer who will also act as Loan Officer and Collection Officer. The role covers marketing the company's products, generating leads, onboarding new customers and collecting repayments on active loans, based in Westlands, Kenya.

Key responsibilities

Market the company's products and generate leads.
Onboard new customers and enter their data correctly.
Develop the overall disbursement strategy to meet set targets.
Maintain and retain clients, including reactivating dormant ones.
Conduct thorough business and home appraisals.
Follow up on accounts and ensure loans are cleared by the due date.
Enforce repayment of the assigned portfolio and collect on all active loans.
Record follow-up interactions and champion repeat clients.

Required profile

Mid-level experience (about 2 years).
Ability to work in the banking, finance and insurance sector.
