Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will use low‑code analytics tools to turn data into actionable insights for the bank. You will work closely with business teams to capture requirements, automate processes, and deliver self‑service reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, create use cases, user stories and wireframes.
• Participate in initiatives to identify automation and data‑use opportunities.
• Prepare project plans and manage BI projects using agile methods.
• Develop, maintain and deliver low‑code data tools, reports and dashboards for ad‑hoc requests.
• Design and refine visualisations using bank‑approved low‑code solutions.
• Build data collection applications with PowerApps, SharePoint and related platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to create complex analytics solutions and ensure proper testing.
• Document reports, dashboards and portals; provide regular user training and data‑literacy sessions.
• Research new approaches, challenge the status quo and flag data‑quality issues to governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, data science, business analytics, mathematics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of technical experience in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
